The ‘Could I be an Entrepreneur?’ event organized by OpenHub took place on November 23, 2023, and was a success where participants had the opportunity to explore entrepreneurial thinking and find the answer to the question, ‘Can I be an entrepreneur?’. This was the second webinar in a series of three, aimed at encouraging and developing entrepreneurial thinking.
Discovering the Entrepreneurial Mindset
The webinar, guided by Andra Marcu, a lecturer and Director of the Continuous Training and Technological Information Center at Danubius University, offered participants a unique perspective on the mindset of successful entrepreneurs. It addressed fundamental topics such as key factors that influence entrepreneurial thinking, how to identify and exploit market opportunities, techniques for innovation and creativity in business development, as well as success stories and lessons learned from top entrepreneurs.
The Opportunity to Learn and Be Inspired
Participants, whether they were at the beginning of their journey in entrepreneurship or experienced professionals, had the opportunity to broaden their horizons and be inspired by the experiences of leaders in the field. The webinar was an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and learning from others’ experiences, providing valuable personal development opportunities.
Interactivity and Engagement
Interactivity was a strong point of the webinar, with interactive Q&A sessions allowing participants to interact directly with Andra Marcu and each other. This added immense value to the event, allowing for real-time idea exchange and providing personalized answers to participants’ specific questions.
Conclusions and Next Steps
‘Could I be an Entrepreneur?’ was more than just a simple webinar; it was an important step in the entrepreneurial journey of the participants. It set a precedent for the next event in the series and for the business idea contest planned in December. Participants left with a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and inspiration for their own entrepreneurial journeys.
