On November 23, 2023, OpenHub organized a training workshop titled ‘Predictive Models of Customer Behavior via AI’, hosted at the Faculty of Automation, Computers, Electrical and Electronic Engineering. This event marked a crucial moment in the evolution of data analysis, focusing on the use of artificial intelligence to anticipate customer behavior.
The main objective of the event was to explore how emerging AI and Big Data technologies can be used to form predictive models that anticipate customer trends and behaviors. This approach not only improves business decisions but also provides a solid foundation for innovation and continuous development.
Participants had the opportunity to initiate themselves into the latest data analysis techniques and the use of artificial intelligence tools. Sessions covered a wide range of topics, from the theory of big data fundamentals to practical applications in Machine Learning and AI. Each module was designed to provide a holistic and integrated learning experience.
The event gave participants a deep understanding of analysis processes and the skills needed to anticipate market changes and respond agilely to consumer demands. Through this event, professionals were equipped with the necessary tools to transform Big Data into a strategic ally in understanding and anticipating customer needs.
