The OpenHub team had the honor of participating in the matchmaking event organized by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) between the European Union and Singapore. This event provided a valuable platform for promoting cross-border collaboration and exploring new business opportunities.
Represented by Georgiana Mihailovici, our delegation joined an exclusive group of 15 European clusters and 2 SMEs for three days of engaging events, meaningful networking, and participation in the Singapore International Energy Week.

The journey continued with an eco-sustainability tour at the Singapore Discovery Centre, where we explored impressive local initiatives in environmental education.
A visit to APPLIED TOTAL CONTROL TREATMENT PTE LTD provided insights into cutting-edge surface finishing and coating technologies, essential for industries such as aerospace, semiconductors, and biomedical technology.
Meeting with Leaders in Renewable Energy
One of the highlights of the trip was a meeting with Wilson Lee, CEO of Clean Kinetics Pte Ltd, who shared the company’s journey in developing solar PV solutions for the Middle East and the exciting opportunities in Singapore’s renewable energy sector.
