After a thorough selection process and nine days of intensive training, we are thrilled to introduce the 15 graduates of the EMPRETEC workshop within the IncubaThor program.
Who Are the Participants?
They are NGO leaders who, through their active involvement in their communities, generate positive change across various fields. These 15 finalists come from diverse sectors, including education, healthcare, human rights, and social services, demonstrating the broad impact and diversity of these organizations.
Their smiles at the end of these nine days were not just expressions of satisfaction but also symbols of optimism and confidence in the future. They leave this program not only with new knowledge but also with well-defined plans for their organizations, clear objectives, and a support network they can rely on long-term.

What Did the Participants Gain?
Over the course of nine days, participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and skills essential for NGO development and management. The EMPRETEC workshop focused on practical entrepreneurial competencies designed to help organizations maximize their community impact. Key topics covered included:

What’s Next?
Following the workshop, two participants were selected to receive four personalized coaching sessions, where they will receive expert guidance on developing a sustainable strategy and action plan for their organizations.
For the remaining participants, IncubaThor doesn’t stop here. The program continues with a series of workshops designed to address key topics for their organizations. These upcoming sessions will cover:
