On October 20, 2023, the OpenHub community embarked on a new type of event for them, a webinar titled “Entrepreneurship Under the Spotlight.” While webinars were not unfamiliar, everyone had reached a saturation point with online conferences due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, the advantages of a webinar are real, and that’s why so many people gathered online on a Friday evening. “Entrepreneurship Under the Spotlight” was a compendium of entrepreneurial experiences where six speakers, led by Raluca Dincă, opened up to the online audience.
- Camelia Drăgan – Entrepreneurial Competencies Between Theory and Practice
- Elena Toma – 5 Essential Steps to Take When Choosing to Become an Entrepreneur
- Ciprian Fraico – Necessity Entrepreneurship
- Radu Procop – The Benefits of Niche Businesses
- Janina Ghenciu – Entrepreneurship from Small to Large. Who Am I as an Entrepreneur?
- Raluca Dincă – Organizational Culture in Sustainable Entrepreneurship
“Entrepreneurship Under the Spotlight” was not just an event but a transformative experience for many participants. It provided inspiration, knowledge, and valuable resources that will undoubtedly contribute to the growth and development of their businesses.
In conclusion, the “Entrepreneurship Under the Spotlight” event organized by OpenHub successfully created a unique space for the local entrepreneurial community to meet and collaborate, thus strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem and contributing to the development of innovative businesses. Participants left not only with pleasant memories but also with the tools needed to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.
