On Saturday, October 29, 2016, Bloggers Arena Galati Level 2 was the epicenter for gaming, where bloggers and online enthusiasts gathered for a memorable lan party. Coming from various professional fields, but with an innate gamer spirit, the participants transformed the venue into a veritable digital battle ring.
The competition was heated in Mortal Kombat X on PS4, where each player was fervently and masterfully pressing the joystick, waiting with bated breath for the fateful moment of “fatality”. The excitement and adrenaline rose even more during Fifa 17 matches, where supporters enthusiastically cheered on their favourite teams, even placing small friendly bets from their sofas.
But it wasn’t just video games that were in the spotlight. At the CATAN table, players engaged in tactical negotiations, proving that a strategy game can be as intense and engaging as any digital game. However, the highlight of the day was the passionate CS GO matches. The teams, made up of players eager to win, battled relentlessly until the last seconds of the last half, putting on a real show for all present.
